Jack Lord

My grandfather was Bill Lord who married Rose Peters. My Dad was Henry George Lord , named after his uncles Henry and George. He was raised in Bell Street until he was bombed out during the war. The family was relocated to Mill Hill. My dad George married Joyce Brown who also came from Marylebone. My dad was a demolition contractor for many years as were many of the Lord family. I know the names Sugar and Dumps and Henry who lived in Burnt Oak. My Dad passed away in 1981 but my Mum is still well and sharp as a tack. She was the one who told me about this site. She has an amazing memory and can provide lots of names and dates so it would be great to hear for anyone that has more pieces of the Lord family. I live in Toronto Canada as does my Mum Joyce and my Brother Ron and sister Carol.
