I remember an old Polish man having this shop in the late sixties/early seventies. Don't know if this is him from earlier.

My uncle had the shop there, he wasn't Polish, he was Hungarian. This picture I love it, it brings back old memories. I used to live dead opposite that big chimney in Lodgr Road and remember the walk with my mum to Church Street as a little girl.

I remember this picture. It's on the corner of Church Street and Lisson Grove. When there were no pictures etc, I used to climb on the railings and jump down the steps. Next door used to be Taylors the sweet shop - we used to love their penny ice lollies.

I remember sitting in the dentist chair in the clinic in Lisson Grove looking at the chimneys through the window in the early sixties.
