104 Broadley Street

My grandparents, the Bakers, lived at 104 Broadley Street. These photos may have been taken about the time of George VI’s coronation in 1937.

The first one is of my grandfather, Joseph Baker outside the stately home and the other is of my grandparents Joseph and Maud Baker with some neighbours.

I have the top photo.It was with all my mother's old pictures. She lived over the shops you can see behind Joseph Baker with her mother Florence Harmsworth and the rest of her sisters. The families must have been friends, it was just a bit before my time.
