Church Street Festival is a family festival that runs every Summer in the main area of Church Street . Residents, people who work in the area and passing visitors have benefitted from the range of entertainment and fun activities on the day as well as plenty of food from across the world.
Previous highlights and attractions of the event have included Bollywood dancers, African drummers, Chinese ribbon dancers and steel bands.
Year on year the festival gets better and better and last year’s festival also included interactive workshops such as belly dancing, street and contemporary dancing, drumming and Arts and Crafts activities including origami workshops.
